Account Creation: Admin

This section is for Admin accounts and will not apply to User accounts.

Log into the Verdi Dashboard by navigating to app.verdi.ag. To log in, you will require a username and password typically provided to you by your Verdi account manager. Once logged in, navigate to the settings menu located on the right of the page header. Click to open.

In the settings menu, navigate to and click on Admin User Manager.

To create a new admin, enter the username and select a password expiry date. The username will be prefixed automatically with “admin-” and must expiry within 300 days of creation. Click on Create Admin to create the account. A modal will appear.

The username, password, and expiry date are viewable in this modal. Record this infomation elsewhere since after exiting the modal, the accounts current password will not be viewable. Close the modal when the information is recorded.

Reset Password will only reset the password of the account under which you are logged in currently.

Account Creation: User

This section is for Admin accounts and will not apply to User accounts.

Log into the Verdi Dashboard by navigating to app.verdi.ag. To log in, you will require a username and password typically provided to you by your Verdi account manager. Once logged in, navigate to the settings menu located on the right of the page header. Click to open.

In the settings menu, navigate to and click on User Manager.

Once loaded, navigate to and click on Add User, at the bottom of the scrollable list on the left. This will load a page to the right of the list with several fillable fields.

Required fields include Username, Password, and Default Map Position. Once a suitable username and password are selected and recorded elsewhere for posterity, enter in the latitude and longitude cooridinates your users would like to see loaded on the map once they login.

When those fields are filled, press Create Account.

To edit user details, refresh the page, select the user account, click on Edit User, edit details, then click on Save Changes.

BUG:
In order to see the account you created you will have to close the tab reopen the tab and or refresh the page, and then the account should be visible in the account list on the main Verdi Dashboard
