McCrometer Mc Propeller flow meters used with Verdi typically include onboard electronics, an integrated battery, and a local display. To integrate these meters with the Verdi Block Controller for flow totalization, a pulse-output accessory is required.
The Verdi Block Controller is wired to the pulse output terminals of the EA618-02 or FC100/FC101 and counts incoming pulses to calculate totalized volume. Refer to the McCrometer EA618-02 and FlowCom FC100/FC101 specification sheets for wiring diagrams, output types, and configuration details.
The Mc Propeller family does not provide a pulse output by default. You must specify and install one of the following pulse transmitter / register options:
McCrometer EA618-02 Pulse Transmitter
Wafer-style transmitter that mounts directly below the mechanical register and generates a pulse train proportional to flow.
FlowCom FC-100 and FC-101 Digital Register (Display and Pulse Transmitter)
Electronic register that replaces the mechanical register, provides rate and total display, and must can be ordered with pulse output option for use with Verdi Block Controller.
FlowCom Digital Register (Display and Pulse Transmitter)
McCrometer’s standard electronic register that replaces the mechanical register, provides rate and total display, and must can be ordered with pulse output option for use with Verdi Block Controller.
